2025 CD Calendar Templates
August 01, 2024
Important Update: On July 31 I uploaded a corrected PDF for October 2025 because the "29" date was missing from the second October calendar on that page. The top one was correct but not the bottom one. Then on August 1, I uploaded and linked corrected January and April 2025 templates because of a date missing in one version on each of those. August 4th meant one more correction -- to the July PDF because of a date that was wrong. If you've returned and already downloaded the other months, you just need to download the corrected January, April, July and October PDFs. My apologies for not being a careful proofreader this time around. Changing the font really meant a lot of changes and these just got by me. Thanks to the stamping friends who reached out to let me know.
So many people have reached out to see when I'd be posting these CD Calendar templates for 2025 and the answer is finally NOW! Before you download, save and print the 12 monthly templates, here are some important updates this year.
As always, these are for you to download for your personal use, for use in a class (even if you are charging for the class) -- and it is fine for you to sell finished, decorated calendars as long as you comply with Stampin' Up!'s Angel Policy for any SU stamps and dies you use. However, the templates themselves cannot be sold as they are provided here free as a service to all who love using them.
I had to redo the font because of the old one not being available anymore (that was the main reason for the delay in posting these). With the new font in place, and based on how they fit in the CD cases, here are the best printing and cutting directions following my extensive testing:
Once printed on the 8-1/2” by 11” card stock — cut the sheet vertically measured 4-5/8” from the left edge — then cut the bottom one to a height of 5-7/16” and the top one to that same 5-7/16” height. (I found that if both were 5-1/2” the case did not close so each is a little smaller than that). Plus that "ease" allows for the thickness of your crafty designs on each of the months.
Remember that printing all 12 months will let you make two complete calendars. Be sure your printer is set to allow printing outside normal margins and make sure you're printing the files at 100% and not larger and nothing should be cut off.
Monthly Templates to Download
All 12 months will fit inside the case with the current month moved to the front. The key as always is not to add too many embellishments to each month's sheet or they get too thick. Also — since embellishments you may add are all on the top half of the calendar sheet, you can turn half of the stored months upside down if needed so the thickness issue is more balanced in the case.
Once again, I want to thank my friend and fellow Stampin' Up! demonstrator Beth Daniels who designed the example month in the photo as part of her annual class using these templates.

Enjoy these and as always, get in touch or comment if you have a question.
