Holiday Catalog is Live: Cookie Cutter Christmas Card

It's here - the wonderful Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog is live as of today. There are so many beautiful items -- papers, stamps, accessories, kits, you name it, there is something for every taste.
I love downloading the catalog to my iPad as a PDF is iBooks -- such a neat way to have the digital version with me on my tablet.

And here is a card made with some favorite products: Cookie Cutter Christmas and the matching punch and the new dynamic Cable Knit embossing folder in that beautiful argyle pattern. It is such a fun new style of folder -- such deep embossing and texture.
That's a strip of the Warmth and Cheer Designer Series 6 by 6 Paper Stack and coordinating Washi Tape on the inside as an accent.
My friend and customer Maggie shared a great idea with me to use the Cable Knit folder to make an ivory background that looks like an Irish sweater as the background for a green shamrock accent as a St. Patrick's Day card. I love that idea! (Thanks for sharing it Maggie!) I have some retired Ivory Naturals card stock with speckles that would really look like Irish wool I think.
