New Ornament Kit Features Easy Elegance
December 03, 2012
The handmade ornament on the cover of Stampin' Up's Holiday Catalog has been a popular project, with many people getting the stamp set and Big Shot Framelit die cutting set needed to make it. But how about a kit where the images come printed, die cut and ready to assemble? It's an alternative way to make these elegant ornaments.
Here are details and then a photo of what you get:
Ornament Elegance Kit
Item # 132832 Price: 14.95 (US)
Makes 10 heirloom ornaments.
Kit includes: Die-Cut Cardstock Elements; Cherry Cobbler 3-1/2" Scalloped Tulle Ribbon; Natural Linen Thread; Vintage Faceted Designer Buttons; Large Pearl Basic Jewels.
Available while supplies last at this link in my online store.
You can even see the direction sheet ahead of time at this link: http://bit.ly/OrnamentalElegance
This version is assembled differently than stamped and die cut versions as the ornament pieces are printed on both sides so you can just fold and get the same impact without the need to glue pieces back-to-back.
Since it's a "while supplies last" item I am not sure how long they'll last. Looks fun to make for sure -- would be a great crafting project for a Christmas eve family gathering and each person could take one home!
