The name of this post comes from the Fall Flowers Designer Series Paper (which we call DSP for short). I love the colors in the paper -- and the patterns, as there are florals, but also stripes that can be manly because of the color scheme. I'm sure it will retire when our new catalog comes out Aug. 11 because the paper includes Soft Sky, one of our In Colors that retires August 10.
Two cards today from the swap that both use the striped paper from Fall Flowers. The berry sprays on the Birthday one were done by stamping with bleach on Artichoke CS and then overstamping that once it's dried with with Artichoke ink. A little white gel pen faux stitching finishes off the panel. The greeting is from Sincere Salutations, one of my favorite greeting sets because it can look casual or elegant, masculine or feminine.
On the card that uses the Moose You set, a brass Jumbo Eyelet and matching brads add that manly touch -- and I love the three brads in the corner of the other card as well. Metal = manly in my opinion. Again, these swaps had no IDs so not sure who made them, but they are very nice. I love that they are full cards so I can send them out later!
