Okay -- this may produce yet another run on the Target Dollar spot -- and I have a feeling many are already sold out, but it does not hurt to look. I always reward my stamp club hostesses with a little hand made project each month. Most times it's something I've embellished with stamping -- sort of the "semi-handmade" of crafting. So these buckets were the March gift.
These cute Turquoise pails featured little chicks that were the perfect match for the SU set A Good Egg. I stamped the chick first on YoYo Yellow then on the Turquoise Prints Designer Series Paper (DSP) from Stampin' Up! Once I cut out the shell I realized it would also fit on the chick on the bucket! How cute is that?
Also notice that the tab for the tag is made using SU's scallop punch. I stamped the greeting from A Good Egg then punched around it with the punch and sandwiched that between the YoYo Yellow stamped layer and the Turquoise CS mat. The SU slot punch makes the hole for the grosgrain ribbon that ties it to the handle.
Have a blessed Easter week!
