St. Patty's in a Bottle
February 24, 2008
I love this altered Starbuck's Frappucino bottle made by Sandy Mitchell, a demonstrator in our local group who also made the little Valentine's mailbox a couple posts back. With a touch of green and of course chocolate on the inside in the form of Andes mints, it's a perfect St. Patrick's Day gift in my opinion.
Sandy always does a great job finishing things off. The stamp set is SU's "A Beautiful Thing" -- and I love how the saying is punched out with SU's Designer Label Punch and then layered over a Glorious Green layer punched out with the Key Tag punch. Great idea!
I want you to get a view from the top as the lid is finished so nicely as well. So keep reading and I'll stick that in at the end.
I have several fun projects to share from my February stamp workshops and stamp clubs -- so as soon as I get a breather to download my photos, I'll get those posted. This is such a busy time of year, with Easter right around the corner so I'll post a couple of ideas for Easter projects soon! Thanks for stopping by. And here's that bird's eye view of the bottle of mints...
