I was inspired by a couple of gorgeous cards using this beautiful Doodle This set from Stampin' Up! on Debbie Olsen's site. Using the layout Debbie created, I went with a color scheme of a 5& 1/4" square Marigold Morning card, with the image stamped in Black Staz On ink on watercolor paper. It's painted in using an Aquapainter and Marigold, Thyme, Artichoke, Vintage Violet and Rose Red Stmapin' Up classic re-inkers. My watercoloring can use a little work so I'll be trying more of these in other color schemes. I think this set from the Spring Mini Catalog that starts this Thursday, March 1 is a winner!
